Ram-Lin's CNC Department has a focus on quality, on-time delivery, for close tolerance parts. Our scope of work includes, but is not limited to, multi-axis milling and turning on HAAS CNC milling and turning centers, tooling and fixturing, prototypes to production runs in excess of 5,000 pieces with tolerances to ±.0005, with expertise in all materials, including exotics and plastics. Work sizes range from .100" dia. To 10.00" dia. in round material, to 30" x 60" in square material.
