CNC Manufacturing:

Ram-Lin began utilizing CNC machines in the early 2000’s to support its fabrication department internally. As word spread, this expansion and honing of our skills and personnel drove Ram-Lin to become one of the most sought-after contract machine shops in the Central Florida area. Customer and market demand led Ram-Lin to expand its operation once again and construct a new 17,000 square foot facility adjacent to its original location, which still houses all of Ram-Lin’s other departments. Currently housing 23 spindles of varying manufactures, Ram-Lin has 3, 4, and 5 axis milling and lathe turning capabilities. To provide the most process under one roof, Ram-Lin can also broach, laser mark, sandblast, grain/brush finish, wet tumble, and supply full CMM inspection reports. These services coupled with our coatings and fabrication departments provides the best “One-Stop Shop” for most all manufacturing needs.

Firearm Components:

Starting in 2012 after requests from CNC Machining customers, Ram-Lin entered the firearms components market. After proving our ability to produce the best Mil Spec .556 Upper Receivers on the market, the push to produce a plethora of other firearm components soon followed. Lower Receivers (.556, 80% and 100%), Charging Handles (Mil Spec & Ambidextrous for multiple platforms) are always in our production schedule. Ram-Lin excels in all components machined from 7075 forged or billet aluminum, but not limited to. By request we can produce any component, steel or aluminum, mil spec or proprietary based on your individual needs.
